I've trained at three different boxing gyms over the years and The Boxing Loft is the one I enjoy the most, and the main reason for this is Emile. Emile is an incredible trainer who tailors his techniques to suit each individual. Rather it be in a group or solo he never looses the attention to detail to help you become a better boxer. I thought I reached a plateau but Emile brought me way beyond my expectations in terms of technique and boxing itself through heavy sparring and fighting. I'm forever grateful to Emile for this because the confidence I acquired through the challenges Emile put me through carries over in my day to day life. Aside from being a great trainer Emile is a great person, I love that guy.
